With this simple set-up, you can have a foundation soaker system without the cost of a complete sprinkler system. This controller (Fig.1) can be connected to a standard outside faucet, it runs on a 9 Volt battery, it is digital and extremely easy programming and very reliable. The Netafim Techline as shown in fig.2, is a highly advanced soaker tubing with built in emmitters. One 1/2" water supply line can feed up to 300' of this tubing with uniform coverage, making an excellent choice for a foundation soaker system, or plant bed soaker for your home.

In addition, this line can be a water tap, to use for adding water bubblers for potted plants or hanging baskets as shown in fig 2.

If you have existing plant beds with spray heads that hit your windows, or rot out your wood and cause algea, I can convert these sprays over to drip for water conservation and to protect you're investments.

A dry foundation can lead to cracks in the walls among other problems, this is an inexpensive system to prevent those problems.
